主 旨： 檢送本會協助數位發展部數位產業署辦理「數位產業跨域軟體基盤暨數位服務躍升計畫」之115年免費AI算力資源申請資訊，敬請貴單位惠予協助公告，並轉知進駐(培育)之伶新創團隊與企業踴躍申請，請查照。
說 明：
一、 為加速人工智慧(AI)技術創新應用，推出 AI 算平台，提供符合資格的 AI 新創團隊及資服業者免費 AI 算力資源，協助業者加速模型訓練、推論驗證與應用落地，讓創新想法更快化為市場競爭力，共同推動AI產業生態系發展。
二、 旨揭算力平台 115年度申請具備以下四大亮點，特別適合新創團隊投入研發：
(一)費用全免，隨到批次審：線上申請費用全免，採批次審查機制，報名不中斷。通核定後將獲得3個月算力使用期限，並可視研發需求多次申請。
(二)最新模型，降低門檻：平台新增Gemma 4 Magistral等多種最新模型；並提供 No-code 訓練環境，無須撰寫程式碼，即可使用預設大語言模型並上傳數據進行訓練。
(三)輔導措施：可參與計畫舉辦的技術說明會或不定期技術教育訓練。
(四)潛力新創：可優先銜接「加強投資AI新創實施方案」之募資輔導、諮詢評估及募資媒合等服務。
三、 計畫申請資訊及重要期程如下：
(一)申請資格：
1、國內依法登記成立之獨資、合夥、有限合夥事業或公司。
2、申請企業之行業分類(依財政部稅籍登記資料公示查詢之營業項目為准)須屬J582(軟體出版業)、J62(電腦程式設計、諮詢及相關服務業)、J63(資訊服務業)或K6699(第三方支付服務業)。
3、成立未滿8年之新創業者具優先資格(依經濟部商業發展署商工登記之核准設立日期須為民國107年1月1(含)後成立)。
(二)申請方式：一律採線上申請，須使用「工商憑證」進行驗證與送件。
(三)申請類別：
1、模型訓練類：運用企業自有資料集或模型，訓練符合產業需求的 AI 模型
2、模型推論類：透過API串接現有模型，快速驗證AI應用與服務情境
(四)申請日期：自公告日起至115年10月30日23時59分截止受理申請。(若有調整將依官網公告為準)

Enclosed is information on the 2026 free AI computing resource application under the “Digital Industry Cross-Domain Software Foundation and Digital Service Enhancement Project,” which our Association assists the Administration for Digital Industries, Ministry of Digital Affairs in implementing. Please assist in announcing the information and forwarding it to resident or incubated startup teams and enterprises, and encourage them to apply.
Description:
1. To accelerate the innovative application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, the AI computing platform has been launched to provide eligible AI startup teams and information service providers with free AI computing resources. The platform aims to help companies accelerate model training, inference verification, and application implementation, enabling innovative ideas to be transformed more quickly into market competitiveness and jointly promoting the development of the AI industry ecosystem.
2. The 2026 application for the above-mentioned computing platform features the following four highlights and is particularly suitable for startup teams engaged in R&D:
(1) Free of charge with rolling batch review: Online application is completely free of charge. Applications are accepted continuously and reviewed in batches. Upon approval, applicants will receive a three-month computing resource usage period and may apply multiple times based on R&D needs.
(2) Latest models and lower entry barriers: The platform has added various latest models, including Gemma 4 and Magistral. It also provides a no-code training environment, allowing users to use preset large language models and upload data for training without writing code.
(3) Counseling measures: Applicants may participate in technical briefing sessions or occasional technical training courses organized under the project.
(4) Potential startups: Eligible startups may receive priority access to fundraising counseling, consultation and assessment, and fundraising matchmaking services under the “AI Startup Investment Enhancement Program.”
3. Application information and important schedule are as follows:
(1) Eligibility:
1. Sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, or companies legally registered in Taiwan.
2. The applicant’s industry classification, based on the business items registered in the Ministry of Finance tax registration database, must fall under J582, software publishing; J62, computer programming, consulting, and related services; J63, information services; or K6699, third-party payment services.
3. Startups established for less than eight years will be given priority. Based on the registration records of the Administration of Commerce, Ministry of Economic Affairs, the approved establishment date must be on or after January 1, 2018.
(2) Application method: Applications must be submitted online and verified using a company certificate.
(3) Application categories:
1. Model training category: Use the company’s own datasets or models to train AI models that meet industry needs.
2. Model inference category: Connect to existing models through APIs to quickly verify AI application and service scenarios.
(4) Application period: Applications are accepted from the announcement date until 23:59 on October 30, 2026. Any changes shall be subject to announcements on the official website.
