主 旨： 檢送本署U-start創新創業計畫（下稱U-start計畫）「115年創創展示會活動」徵選簡章資訊，請貴校育成單位推薦及鼓勵輔導新創團隊踴躍報名，請查照。

說 明：
一、 本署為鼓勵青年投入創新創業推動U-start計畫，為協助計畫輔導新創團隊串聯新創網絡及展現青年創業能量，辦理旨揭創創展示會，並於本（115）年Meet Taipei創新創業嘉年華設置「U-start創新創業主題專區」。
二、 有關本年Meet Taipei創新創業嘉年華「U-start創新創業主題專區」相關資訊如下：
(一)展出日期：115年11月19日（星期四）至11月21日（星期六）。
(二)展出地點：臺北圓山花博園區（臺北市中山區玉門街1號）。
三、 本次主題專區遴選U-start計畫具成果代表性、展示互動性及故事傳播力之優秀團隊參與展出，徵選活動報名時間至115年9月4日（星期五）23時59分截止，並說明如下：
(一)採線上報名方式，線上報名表單連結（https://pse.is/9ggd5h）
１、自行報名。
２、學校推薦：請貴校育成單位推薦曾獲U-start計畫補助且之新創團隊踴躍報名（1組，建議以設立未滿8年新創團隊為主），並協助於「大專校院育成單位推薦表」用印及敘明推薦理由。
(二)參展團隊每日以展出10組團隊為原則，3日合計至多徵選30組團隊。錄取名單將於115年10月初公告於本署及U-start計畫官網。

Enclosed is the selection guideline information for the 2026 Startup Showcase Event under the U-start Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program, hereinafter referred to as the U-start Program. Please have your university’s incubation unit recommend and encourage coached startup teams to register and participate.

Description:

1. To encourage young people to engage in innovation and entrepreneurship, the Administration promotes the U-start Program. To help startup teams coached under the program connect with startup networks and demonstrate youth entrepreneurship energy, the Startup Showcase Event will be held. A U-start Innovation and Entrepreneurship Theme Pavilion will also be set up at Meet Taipei Startup Festival 2026.
2. Information on the U-start Innovation and Entrepreneurship Theme Pavilion at Meet Taipei Startup Festival 2026 is as follows:
   (1) Exhibition dates: November 19, 2026 (Thursday) to November 21, 2026 (Saturday).
   (2) Venue: Taipei Expo Park, Yuanshan, No. 1, Yumen St., Zhongshan Dist., Taipei City.
3. The Theme Pavilion will select outstanding U-start teams with representative achievements, interactive exhibition potential, and strong storytelling ability. Registration is open until 23:59 on September 4, 2026. Details are as follows:
   (1) Online registration: pse.is/9ggd5h
   1. Self-registration.
   2. School recommendation: University incubation units are requested to recommend startup teams that have received U-start Program subsidies to register, preferably startups established for less than eight years. Please assist in stamping the “Recommendation Form by University Incubation Units” and stating the reason for recommendation.
   (2) In principle, 10 teams will be exhibited each day, with up to 30 teams selected over three days. The selected teams are expected to be announced in early October 2026 on the official websites of the Administration and the U-start Program.
