說 明：
一、 旨揭競賽以激發大專校院學生創新思維來解決問題，並將創意化為實作導向的創新能力，鏈結企業發展趨勢，具體的創業執行計畫，期許團隊點燃校園創業火種。
二、 競賽相關資訊：
(一)報名期間：即日起至115年10月30日(星期五)上午12時止。
(二)初審公告：115年11月04日(星期三)下午4時前。
(三)決賽日期：115年11月16日(星期一)下午4時止。
(四)競賽採微型創業類：想從師生的研發成果衍生商品價值去創立自己的事業，但非社會創業。
(五)參賽資格：全國大專院校學生；採團體報名，人數上限 6人，可跨校組隊。凡晉級決賽者，其指導老師可獲得輔導費用之補助。
(六)報名方式：寄送報名表及初賽創業構想綱要至承辦人信箱（fd3660@must.edu.tw）。

Our university is organizing the 9th Sprout Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Please assist in announcing the event and encourage faculty and student teams throughout your university to register and participate.
Description:
1\. The competition aims to inspire innovative thinking among college and university students to solve problems, transform creative ideas into practical innovation capabilities, align with business development trends, and develop concrete entrepreneurship implementation plans. It is hoped that the competition will ignite the spirit of entrepreneurship on campus.
2\. Competition information:
  (1) Registration period: From now until 12:00 a.m. on October 30, 2026 (Friday).
  (2) Announcement of preliminary review results: By 4:00 p.m. on November 4, 2026 (Wednesday).
  (3) Final competition date: November 16, 2026 (Monday), until 4:00 p.m.
  (4) Competition category: Micro-Entrepreneurship. This category focuses on transforming research and development outcomes of faculty members and students into commercially valuable products and establishing their own businesses. Social entrepreneurship projects are excluded.
  (5) Eligibility: Current students of colleges and universities nationwide. Participants must register as teams of up to six members. Cross-university teams are permitted. Faculty advisors of teams advancing to the final round are eligible to receive mentoring fee subsidies.
  (6) Registration method: Please email the completed registration form and preliminary entrepreneurship concept outline to the organizer at fd3660\@must.edu.tw.
