主 旨： 檢送本校理工學院辦理「2026全國AI專題創意競賽」海報1份，邀請貴校(單位)師生踴躍組隊報名參加，並請惠予公告活動訊息，請查照。
說 明：
一、 競賽參賽類別與資格
(一)大會專題類
１、資電領域組
(１)大專校院(含大專生、碩博士生)之在學學生。每隊學生為2至6人，另需有1-2名學校指導老師。
(２)隊員皆為資訊電機相關科系之在學學生。
２、跨領域組
(１)大專校院(含大專生、碩博士生)之在學學生。每隊學生為2至6人，另需有1-2名學校指導老師。
(２)每組僅允許1名同學為資訊電機相關科系之在學學生。
３、AI職能培力組：隊伍中至少一名隊員曾於今年度(115年度)參加勞動部相關職業訓練。每隊成員為2至6人。
(１)參訓班別名稱須包含「AI」。
(２)結訓學員需提供結訓證書。
(３)在訓學員需提供在訓證明書。
４、Quantum AI體驗應用組：對AI有興趣之在學學生。
(二)一般專題類：未歸屬於大會專題類範疇之作品，可選擇報名本類別。本類別鼓勵參賽團隊依自身專業與創新構想，自由發展專題作品，展現創新設計、技術研發及跨域整合成果。
(三)高中職組
１、高中高職(含五專一~三年級)具學籍之在學學生。
２、高中職組不分競賽類別，所有參賽作品均採統一評選，並統一頒發獎項。
(四)企業命題類：合作企業、命題內容、作品規範、評審方式、獎勵機制及相關規定，將由主辦單位另行公告之企業命題類補充簡章說明。
二、 報名期間：自115年9月1日起至115年12月1日止。

Enclosed is one copy of the poster for the 2026 National AI Project Creativity Competition organized by the College of Science and Engineering of our university. Faculty members and students of your university or organization are invited to form teams and register for the competition. Please assist in announcing the event.
Description:
1. Competition categories and eligibility:
(1) Official Project Category
1. Information and Electrical Engineering Group
a. Current students of colleges and universities, including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, are eligible to participate. Each team shall consist of 2 to 6 students and must have 1 to 2 faculty advisors.
b. All team members must be current students from information and electrical engineering-related departments.
2. Cross-Disciplinary Group
a. Current students of colleges and universities, including undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students, are eligible to participate. Each team shall consist of 2 to 6 students and must have 1 to 2 faculty advisors.
b. Each team may have only one student from an information and electrical engineering-related department.
3. AI Competency Development Group
At least one team member must have participated in a related vocational training program organized by the Ministry of Labor in 2026. Each team shall consist of 2 to 6 members.
a. The name of the training program must include “AI.”
b. Participants who have completed the training must provide a certificate of completion.
c. Participants currently undergoing training must provide proof of enrollment in the training program.
4. Quantum AI Experience Application Group
Current students who are interested in AI are eligible to participate.
(2) General Project Category
Entries that do not fall under the scope of the Official Project Category may register for this category. This category encourages participating teams to freely develop project works based on their professional expertise and innovative ideas, demonstrating achievements in innovative design, technological research and development, and cross-disciplinary integration.
(3) Senior High and Vocational School Division
1. Current students with student status at senior high schools, vocational high schools, or the first to third years of five-year junior colleges are eligible to participate.
2. The Senior High and Vocational School Division is not divided into competition categories. All entries will be evaluated together, and awards will be presented uniformly.
(4) Enterprise Challenge Category
Details regarding cooperating enterprises, challenge topics, work specifications, evaluation methods, award mechanisms, and related regulations will be announced separately by the organizer in the supplementary guidelines for the Enterprise Challenge Category.
2. Registration period: From September 1, 2026 to December 1, 2026.
