主 旨： 檢送本會2027年「胡定華年輕研究創新獎」獎勵辦法，請惠予公布並協助推薦優秀人員參選。

說 明：
一、 為獎勵國內電子、資訊及通訊等相關領域，在新創事業之技研發上有潛力及對未來產業應用產生重大效益之39歲(含)以下年輕優秀人士，本會自 2011年起辦理「胡定華年輕研究創新獎」選拔活動。
二、 2027年「胡定華年輕研究創新獎」給獎名額以四名為原則，每名獲頒獎金新臺幣30萬元。本獎項自即日起接受推薦與申請至2027年2月15日截止，請惠予公布並協助推薦優秀人員參選，歡迎1987年2月15日以後出生者提出申請。獎勵辦法及申請表格刊載於本基金會網站，網址為：https://pan.itri.org.tw，敬請瀏覽並下載。
三、 申請時請檢附紙本申請推薦書乙份(請使用迴紋針或夾子固定即可，請勿裝訂)寄至：310401 新竹縣竹東鎮中興路四段195號51館1030室潘文淵文教基金會收。另請同步將申請推薦書電子檔，以電子郵件傳送至 JennaChen@itri.org.tw。

Subject: Enclosed are the award guidelines for the 2027 Hu Ding-Hua Young Research Innovation Award organized by our Foundation. Please assist in announcing the information and recommending outstanding candidates for nomination.

Description:

1. To recognize outstanding young individuals aged 39 or below in Taiwan’s electronics, information technology, communications, and related fields who demonstrate potential in technological research and development for startup ventures and whose innovations may significantly benefit future industrial applications, our Foundation has organized the Hu Ding-Hua Young Research Innovation Award since 2011.

2. The 2027 Hu Ding-Hua Young Research Innovation Award will generally recognize four recipients, each receiving a cash prize of NT$300,000. Nominations and applications are open from now until February 15, 2027. Please assist in announcing the award and recommending outstanding candidates. Individuals born after February 15, 1987, are welcome to apply. The award guidelines and application forms are available for viewing and downloading from the Foundation’s website: pan.itri.org.tw.

3. Applicants must submit one printed copy of the application and recommendation form, secured with a paper clip or binder clip (please do not bind), to the following address:
